Immediate Opening: Deputy Manager ( ASM II)- Planning (Pumps & Rotating Equipment) -
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager ( ASM II) - Planning to lead Production Planning, Demand Forecasting, Material Planning, Inventory Management, and Customer Delivery Planning for our Pump Manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in SAP PP, production scheduling, MRP, inventory control,



and cross-functional coordination to ensure achievement of sales plans and customer delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
Lead monthly S&OP; process and align demand with manufacturing capacity.
Create and own Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly Sales & Production Plans.
Drive demand forecasting and forecast accuracy improvements.
Convert sales forecasts into executable manufacturing plans.
Work closely with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure fulfillment of customer commitments.
Production & Assembly Planning
Develop and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Ensure achievement of production plans and customer delivery commitments.
Drive schedule adherence across machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch functions.
Monitor capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks.
Pump Assembly Kit Management
Lead daily and weekly reviews
