Position - Telecaller/Telesales
Location - Pitampura
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to generate current logistics/shipping leads.
* Explain and promote the company’s logistics & courier services.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
* Achieve monthly sales.
* Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/MIS.
* Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
* Open to both Freshers with strong communication skills and Experienced professionals (logistics, courier, or e-commerce background preferred).
* Hindi & English proficiency.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.
