Position: IoT Medical Device & Application Tester
Location: Madurai (Must be willing to travel to Bhubaneswar as and when required)
Experience: 6 months –2 years
Employment: Full time
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Medical Electronics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science/IT or related field.
Key Responsibilities
Test and validate IoT-enabled medical and diagnostic devices.
Test Bluetooth/BLE connectivity and device-to-mobile communication.
Verify data flow from Device → Mobile App → Cloud/Server.
Test Android/mobile applications, APIs and data synchronization.
Perform functional, integration and regression testing.
Identify, document and track technical defects.
Prepare test cases, test reports and validation documentation.
Verify accuracy and consistency of medical-device data.
Support device deployment,



field testing and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with manufacturers/vendors for device-related technical issues, testing and resolution.
Experience with manual testing of web applications.
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) — nice to have
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
Basic SQL knowledge for backend data validation
Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of IoT, Bluetooth/BLE and medical devices.
Basic knowledge of mobile application and API testing.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of ISO 13485, CE, FDA and CDSCO requirements is preferred.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel to Bhubaneswar for field testing and deployment.
