Role Description The Advocate role at Majestique Landmarks is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Advocate will handle legal matters related to real estate projects, including drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other property-related documents. The role involves advising internal teams on legal compliance, coordinating with external counsel, and representing the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations when required. The Advocate will also conduct due diligence on land and property titles, manage documentation for approvals and registrations, and help mitigate legal risks associated with projects. In addition, the role requires close collaboration with project, sales, and finance teams to ensure that all business activities align with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications

Strong legal expertise in property and real estate law, including land acquisition, title verification, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as agreements,



deeds, notices, and undertakings.
Experience in litigation management, coordination with external legal counsel, and representation before relevant authorities and forums.
Excellent research, analytical, and interpretation skills for statutes, judgments, and regulatory updates impacting real estate.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); additional specialization in corporate or real estate law is an advantage.
Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector, particularly with residential projects, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
