Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Product Specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand product requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide expert guidance on 42Gears offerings, including SureMDM and AstroFarm. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos,



responding to technical and functional queries, collaborating with sales and customer success teams, and supporting proof-of-concept implementations. The role involves analyzing customer use cases, mapping them to product capabilities, gathering feedback, and coordinating with product management to influence roadmap and enhancements. The Senior Product Specialist will also contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content to improve customer experience and internal enablement.
