Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad, supporting the growth of KAPADIYA EXPO COMPANY’s product portfolio, including spices, dried vegetables, oilseeds, fresh onions, peanuts, and dry chili. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and developing relationships with domestic and international buyers.



The role involves preparing and presenting product proposals, coordinating pricing and negotiations, and ensuring timely communication with clients and distributors. The specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital presence, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with production and logistics. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events or trade shows are also part of the role.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
Marketing and branding capabilities, such as campaign planning, digital marketing, and social media management.
Market research and analytical skills for understanding global agri-commodity trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English
