Role : Relationship Manager- Structured Finance

Location : Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Originate and develop structured finance opportunities across sectors and client segments.
- Structure and execute transactions such as high yield case, receivables financing, project finance, and other bespoke financing solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and adherence to bank policies.
- Analyse client financials, transaction structures, cash flows, and credit risks.
- Drive revenue, portfolio growth, and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring regulatory and risk compliance.
