About the Role

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Associate – Inside Sales to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-ticket sales, consultative selling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

Candidates with experience in Immigration, EdTech, FinTech, Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Real Estate, Insurance, or other high-value sales industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product/service.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure successful conversions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever relevant.

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2C Sales.
- Prior experience in high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Immigration, EdTech, FinTech, Study Abroad, Real Estate, Insurance, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling sales calls, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Strong target orientation with a proven ability to achieve sales numbers.
