2. About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented, digital-native Design Lead — Brand Systems and Motion to establish and drive the visual identity for EMERGENCE '26 (October 21 to 24) and our flagship enterprise AI campaigns. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creative pipeline—producing high-converting performance ad creatives, kinetic short-form reels, bespoke editorial newsletters, brand design systems in Figma, and high-impact print collateral for our executive retreats.

We prioritize designers with an intuitive grasp of modern tech aesthetics, dark-mode visual hierarchy, motion pacing, and digital conversion over traditional DTP agency backgrounds.

3. What You Will Build and Own
- High-Converting Paid Ad Engines: Design high-CTR static and carousel ad variants across LinkedIn, Meta,



and Google Display, establishing structured A/B testing variations for copy, colorways, and layouts.
- Kinetic Motion and Short-Form Reels: Conceptualize, edit, and animate engaging, high-retention video reels (9:16) featuring agile on-screen typography, audio syncing, and visual hooks for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Bespoke Editorial Newsletters and Strategy Dossiers: Design sleek, reader-friendly digital publications, whitepapers, and email layouts (Figma/Substack/Beehiiv formats) for executive audiences. This will include Executive Dossiers, Sponsor Briefs, and Prospectus.
- Scalable Figma Design Systems and Brand Kits: Build modular component libraries, presentation master decks, brand guidelines, and social media template kits for rapid deployment by the growth and sales teams.
