Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture, scalability and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Drive CMDB maturity and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Design and optimize configuration management processes across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.
- Build automation and integrations with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes,



discovery tools and enterprise systems.
- Strengthen CI lifecycle management, data integrity, audit readiness and reporting.
- Collaborate with global platform architects, CMDB managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Expertise:

ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM and ITAM

Enterprise and platform architecture

ITIL-aligned configuration and data-governance processes

Workflow automation and ServiceNow scripting

Cloud and third-party system integrations

ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certifications

Robust stakeholder-management and communication skills
