About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Business Analyst with strong expertise in OutSystems, Salesforce, and the Banking/Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into explicit functional and technical requirements and supporting the delivery of scalable digital solutions using the OutSystems platform.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working on multiple OutSystems implementation projects and be comfortable managing requirements, facilitating workshops, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting solution design, and coordinating UAT and business validation.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops,



and process discovery sessions.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional/technical specifications.
- Work closely with OutSystems developers, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product backlogs.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Support solution design by translating business requirements into functional workflows and solution requirements.
- Identify dependencies, integration requirements, business rules, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration requirements involving external system
