ERP & E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for an ERP & E-commerce Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP and D2C/e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Odoo ERP
- Handle orders, inventory, purchasing, returns and stock reconciliation
- Maintain SKUs, product masters, pricing and inventory accuracy
- Manage order flow from website and marketplaces to ERP
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support and accounts teams
- Track dispatches, deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds
- Generate daily/weekly sales, inventory and operations MIS
- Support Odoo integrations with website, marketplaces and logistics partners
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with Odoo developers/vendors




- Identify opportunities to automate and improve D2C operational workflows

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with a D2C/e-commerce brand is essential
- Hands-on working knowledge of Odoo ERP
- Solid understanding of inventory and order management
- Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce and online marketplaces preferred
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
