Designation: Digital Media Designer/ Graphics Designer

Role Purpose: To design and produce visually engaging digital content to promote our educational programs, events, and brand identity across various online and offline platforms.

Knowledge
- Design and develop high-quality digital media content, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) and institutional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance video content (lectures, events, testimonials) with subtitles, transitions, and branding elements.
- Ensure all designs align with the institute's branding guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop visually appealing infographics, carousels, and interactive content.
- Optimize digital assets for web, mobile, and print while ensuring rapid load times and high resolution.
- Assist in managing the institute's website visuals,



LMS (Learning Management System) graphics, and e-learning materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing strategies, and educational industry standards.
- Support event branding (webinars, workshops, open houses) with digital backdrops, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Work with external vendors (printers, videographers) when required.

Functional Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles (for website/LMS design) is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn carousels).
