Role Overview





This position is responsible for being the primary point of contact for all business support related inquiries and strategic planning, execution, and successful completion of any systems integrations for the company's ERP system for the India and Sri Lanka regions. The individual will oversee the performance and development of a team of systems analysts to ensure timely and effective business user support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial systems, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to lead a team in a dynamic workplace and work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system-related inquiries and issues from business units.
