Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to provide technical leadership for automotive component and system development, with robust expertise in FATC, HVAC systems, automotive switches, electrical/electronic systems, and vehicle integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a group of release engineers and drive component/system development from concept to product release.
- Lead engineering, design, development, timing, validation, and product release for:
- FATC and Climatic Control Units
- Manual Control Panels
- Power Window, Seat and Sunroof Switches
- Combi-Switches and Clock Springs
- AC Control, Hazard and Ajar Switches
- Steering Wheel Switches and Driver Switch Banks
- Other driver, passenger and non-ergonomic switches
- Develop HVAC system architecture for Manual and FATC systems.
- Define system requirements including cooling capacity,



airflow and thermal comfort, and prepare System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Interface with BCCM, BCM, CAN and LIN networks.
- Work on HVAC control panels including knob, rotary, capacitive and touch interfaces.
- Integrate blower motor controls, actuators, sunload sensors, in-car and ambient temperature sensors, humidity sensors, ADC inputs and illumination systems.
- Develop and review electronic circuits, schematics and PCB layouts, including component selection and testing.
- Prepare RFQs and source packages in accordance with Stellantis specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with automotive homologation and regulatory requirements.
- Lead supplier development activities, technical reviews, capability assessments, validation and issue resolution.
- Drive cost and weight reduction, standardization, reuse, harmonization, benchmarking and lessons-learned activities.
