- Robust experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture & Solution Design
- Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog and integrations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, governance, security and best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, Flow Designer and scripting
- Ability to lead technical discussions, requirement analysis and architecture decisions
