Job Description:

Marketing Planning & Business Development
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Monitor the allotted geographic territory and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Liaise with Production, Logistics, and Commercial departments to meet daily schedules and customer requirements.

Credit Control & Collections




- Monitor customer credit limits and ensure business is conducted within approved credit terms.
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment collection within the stipulated credit period.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Initiate customer engagement activities to strengthen business relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to market activities, collections, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
- Share regular updates with management on market developments, business performance, and customer engagement activities.
