Job Prospect: HRBP Team Lead

Are you a strategic, data-driven HR leader ready to drive organizational excellence? We are hiring an HRBP Team Lead to spearhead Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Talent Strategy across core business verticals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Responsibilities

1. Workforce Planning & Restructuring
- Annual Planning: Lead business-wide manpower planning, diagnostic studies, and report submissions.
- Analytics: Maintain and circulate monthly manpower dashboards tracking metrics, attrition, org structures, and tenure.
- Reorganization: Conduct job evaluations, benchmark studies, and secure GR approvals for additional manpower/reorg proposals.

2. Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Hiring SLA: Track time-to-fill (TAT) and maintain a 90–95% position closure ratio within agreed timelines.
- Optimization: Drive cost savings via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and internal mobility over agencies.
- Talent Strategy: Lead talent mapping for critical DH-level roles and develop dashboards for Young Talent Programs (YTPs).





3. Performance Management System
- Drive process compliance across goal setting, performance calibrations, and policy sensitization.
- Maintain rating integrity and ensure strict adherence to bell curve guidelines.
- Oversee closure of EPEP (Employee Performance Enhancement Plan) actions.

4. Stakeholder Partnership & Employee Engagement
- Employee Connects: Conduct physical/virtual connects and resolve redressable grievances within 30 days.
- Governance: Lead quarterly vertical connects, POSH forums, women's forums, and culture survey action plans.
- Recognition: Oversee the R&R; budget, Hy EXCEL engagement calendars, unit-specific interventions, and "Hy Way Values" stories.

5. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Maintain 100% succession mapping up to the Domain Head (DH) level.
- Identify critical roles across leadership levels (VH/DH/SDH).
