We are looking for two Mumbai-based producers to cover hyperlocal stories across Maharashtra, including Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Nagpur and other major developments from the state.

nWhat we’re looking for:
n
n* Fluency in written and spoken English
n* Confidence in anchoring English news shows
n* Solid understanding of Maharashtra’s political and civic landscape
n* Basic political understanding of target regions of hyperlocal coverage
n* A keen eye for identifying hyperlocal stories that can work well for digital
n* 1–2 years of experience in a digital newsroom or news channel
n
