About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist who can take ownership of the complete sales process — from finding and generating prospects to closing deals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, sales calls, client communication, follow-ups, and deal closing.

This is not a role limited to generating leads and handing them over to another salesperson.

You will be responsible for generating your own leads, converting prospects into opportunities, handling the sales process, and closing clients.

This is an in-office role based at WorldTech Square, Sector 83, Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify relevant B2B prospects, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Generate recent leads through LinkedIn,



cold email, WhatsApp, cold calling, and other relevant channels.
- Identify potential clients based on target industries, company size, requirements, and buying potential.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools.

Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Execute structured multi-channel cold outreach campaigns.
- Conduct personalized LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Execute cold email campaigns and manage follow-up sequences.
- Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Book discovery calls and sales meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads at different stages of the sales cycle.

Sales & Client Conversion
- Take ownership of qualified leads from first conversation through closing.
- Conduct discovery call
