nWe are looking for a motivated fresher to join as a Trainee Sterling Integrator Support Analyst. The candidate will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.

nKey Responsibilities (Fresher Level)

- n
- Monitor and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway environmentsn
- Assist in troubleshooting failed file transfers, mapping errors, and connectivity issuesn
- Work with logs and dashboards to identify root causesn
- Assist in testing integration workflows, map changes, and small configuration changes in staging/pre‑production.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.n
- Be available for shift/rotational (24/7)

nCandidate Profile (Freshers)
nEducation
nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
n

nSkills & Knowledge
n
- n
- Ability to work with MS office products such as Excel, Word etc.n
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and databases (SQL queries) is an advantagen
- Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and configuration files.n
- Valuable analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to follow structured troubleshooting steps.n
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and resolve technical queriesn

nWillingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts/weekends) to support global clients
