Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and large datasets, along with the ability to work closely with business and finance stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into clear, actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.




- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to highlight business performance and trends.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting processes.
- Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.
- Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to help stakeholders understand key bus
