About the Role: We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Operations/ Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day business operations by ensuring accurate and timely data management across our internal systems. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Design to maintain high-quality data, keep records up to date, and support smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before uploading or updating records. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize information required for data updates. Maintain and update records related to sessions, leaders, customers, and other operational activities. Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies or missing information. Generate basic reports using Google Sheets or Excel to support business operations. Ensure all information is entered within defined timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
