Talent Acquisition Job Description:
5 - 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP Talent (Mandatory) . Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation . Robust experience using Naukri, Linked In,



and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping . Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies . Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders . Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines . Willingness to work from office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST) .
