Role overview
The role is focused on Ni CE NTR-x enterprise recording/compliance solutions, particularly for banking and financial-services customers. Typical responsibilities include:
Installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Ni CE NTR-x / Verint recording platforms. Troubleshooting Windows Server, IP/SIP, RTP, Vo IP, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN and telephony issues. Using Wireshark and log analysis for troubleshooting. Working with SQL and basic Shell/Power Shell scripting. Integrating with platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect. Supporting AWS/Azure, VMware/Citrix, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, DNS, HA/DR, and database migrations.
