Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for leading entire construction team to ensure successful planning, execution, commissioning, and delivery of Data Centre projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate with all key stakeholders including clients, design consultants, architects, MEP consultants, technology partners, vendors, contractors, and client-appointed specialists to ensure seamless project execution. Lead and supervise the Project Engineering team, Construction Managers, and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) across Civil, Structural, MEP, ICT, Security Systems,
and Data Centre Infrastructure disciplines. Ensure effective planning and scheduling of the project in coordination with the planning team, including preparation of master construction schedules, commissioning schedules, progress reports, tender programmes, weekly look-ahead plans, and critical path monitoring. Monitor performance of Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors with respect to technical submittals, QA/QC compliance, testing & commissioning activities, and construction quality, recommending corrective actions where required. Prepare and present monthly progress reports, schedule commentary, critical item action reports, and risk assessments, highlighting mitigation strategies and recovery plans. Establish and control systems to capture daily site resources (labour, plant, and materials) to monitor productivity, identify delays, and support contractual claims or dispute resolution.
