Must-Have Skills
5–7+ years of hands-on Open Text PPM / Kintana experience Strong Bash / Ksh / Unix Shell scripting experience PPM configuration and customization Production troubleshooting / L3 support Strong SQL / Oracle / PL/SQL knowledge Linux / Unix administration Application server / middleware knowledge PPM upgrades, patches, migrations and deployments Preferred Skills




REST / SOAP APIs and web services Java / PL/SQL Web Logic / Web Sphere / JBoss / Tomcat Enterprise integrations such as Jira / Workday Performance tuning and production issue resolution Role
