We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and account development for Vipany Global Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2 B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, HR solutions, IT services, consulting, or other solution-based sales environments.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, understanding client requirements, positioning Vipany's recruitment and talent solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
