Role Overview
: The Community Care Coordinator (CCC) is the primary point of connection between families, classrooms, and the centre leadership. This role ensures smooth day-to-day coordination of child care, parent communication, admissions support, transitions between programs (preschool daycare), and overall family experience at the centre
. The CCC plays a critical role in creating a warm, responsive, and well-managed care ecosystem for children and parents

on● Serve as the first point of contact for parents for daycare and care-related querie
s.● Support child transitions between age groups, programs, and routine
s.● Monitor daily attendance, arrivals, departures, and extended care schedule
s.● Ensure children's care needs are communicated clearly to teachers and caregiver
s. Daycare Operatio
ns● Oversee smooth functioning of the daycare program (from 9:30 am onwards
).● Coordinate staffing schedules for daycare, including handovers between teachers and caretaker

on● Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with parent
s.● Share daily updates, reminders, and care-related informatio
n.● Address parent concerns in coordination with the Centre Head and teaching tea
