We are looking for a highly driven and experienced US Sales Executive to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts targeting the US market. The ideal candidate should have a robust track record in B2 B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Location: Remote (India) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – EST/PST overlap) Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Contractual Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → lead qualification → pitching → negotiation → closure. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, emails, Linked In outreach). Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery calls with US-based clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion and client onboarding.



Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / B2 B Sales. Proven experience in selling to US-based clients (mandatory). Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and Linked In sales. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred) Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones). Preferred Qualifications
