Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP Success Factors Learning to enable enterprise learning, compliance training and talent development processes. Configure and maintain the Learning Administration environment including items, courses, curricula, programs, learning plans and learning history. Set up and manage instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), scheduled offerings, resources, facilities, and enrollment/registration workflows. Configure online content (SCORM/AICC/Tin Can-x API), content packages, and integration with the Success Factors i Content / content repository. Design and administer assessments, quizzes, surveys, exams and evaluations. Configure competencies, qualifications,



curricula and requirement-based compliance/certification tracking with automatic reassignment. Set up notifications, automatic processes (APM), user connectors, and scheduled jobs. Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), admin security roles, domains and workflows for learning administration. Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and learning analytics (Plateau Report Designer / BIRT / Reporting). Manage learning content and catalog administration, approval processes, and learning assignment profiles. Prepare functional/technical design documents and support testing, cutover and hypercare activities. Integration & Data Knowledge
Understanding of LMS integration with Success Factors Employee Central and other talent modules (Performance, Succession, Onboarding). Working knowledge of user/organization data replication from Employee Central / SAP ERP (ECC) into LMS via connectors an
