Role Overview The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for ExQuisite members, ensuring every request is managed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role combines client relationship management, concierge services, experience planning, vendor coordination, and lifestyle assistance.





The ideal candidate is highly organised, service-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple requests while maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

Concierge & Lifestyle Management Manage and fulfil member requests across:

Travel and holiday planning

Event access and VIP experiences

Wellness and healthcare services

Household and personal assistance services

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Monitor service quality and maintain ExQuisite standards across all touchpoints.

Handle urgent and last-minute requests with professionalism and agility.

Experience Planning

Curate personalised experiences based on client interests and preferences.

Research and recommend relevant experiences, destinations, services, and events.

Support the planning and execution
