Required Skills & Experience

-10+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives

-Solid hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing cross‑functional delivery teams

-Experience delivering large‑scale digital or technical solutions (e.g., Solid technical foundation in software and data engineering, with comfort discussing AI/ML concepts at a high level

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a high‑volume, enterprise‑level quality initiative focused on complaints mapping using AI agents with a human‑in‑the‑loop interface. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for running all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, translating business needs into explicit technical requirements, writing and managing user stories, maintaining the project roadmap,



and driving consistent project status communication across stakeholders.
