nWe are seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive mid-to-bottom-funnel closures. If you understand digital and creative services, can frame value, manage stakeholders, and move aligned leads toward final decision, this role is built for you.

nRole Objective
nTo take ownership of high-intent inbound leads across strategy, creative, social, and technology services, moving them from proposal to decision with speed, clarity, and confidence. Closure of lead pipeline into business.

nKey Responsibilities

nPipeline Ownership & Conversion
n· Own Pre + post-pitch and proposal-stage leads
n· Drive qualified prospects to commercial decision in 2–3 weeks
n· Track lead health and maintain pipeline movement in CRM
nStrategic Follow-Up Execution
n· Build insight-driven follow-up flows (value drops, use cases, competitor risk)
n· Build and maintain automation discipline in pipe nurturing
n· Leverage case studies, ROI narratives, and proposal teasers
n· Pre-align budget and stakeholder expectations before final closure call
nStakeholder Navigation
n· Engage with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Product Leads, and Brand Teams
n· Identify blockers, objections, and authority gaps early
n· Know when to escalate, when to nudge, and when to close
nClosure Confidence
n· Work closely with the Founder / other teams for final-stage conversions
n· Own conversion outcomes: not just follow-ups, but revenue movement
