nJob Purpose
nTo manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and revenue-related submissions while ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including preparation, verification, and posting of accounting entries.n
- Handle accounting transactions and reporting.n
- Ensure timely and accurate uploading and processing of invoices in Books.n
- Prepare and file GST returns, including reconciliation and related compliance activities.n
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.n
- Prepare and submit monthly revenue statements/reports to AAI and ensure accuracy of revenue data and supporting records.n
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.n




- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of receivables, payables, expenses, and other financial transactions.n
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.n
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting principles in day-to-day accounting and reporting.n
- Follow and implement Finance & Accounts SOPs, internal controls, and company policies.n
- Maintain proper books of accounts, supporting documents, and records for audit and statutory requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting and compliance-related matters.n
- Assist in preparation of MIS, financial reports, schedules, and other management requirements.n
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.n
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by the repo
