Role Description The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding the company’s agency network in Bengaluru through proactive recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of agents. This full-time, on-site role involves setting sales targets, monitoring agency performance, providing regular coaching,



and facilitating training sessions to improve productivity and compliance with company policies.
