Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance incentives (will be discussed separately)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our team.




The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns—from planning and audience research to campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
Plan, execute and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Set up Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Sales and Conversion campaigns.
Conduct audience research and develop targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR and conversions.
Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy and campaign structures.
Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Monitor lead quality and work towards improving both quantity and quality of leads.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies and performance marketing trends.
