Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Surat. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EV charging sector,



build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, real estate partners, and government bodies, and drive partnerships to expand the company’s charging network. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The Business Development Manager will monitor sales performance, develop growth strategies, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums. Regular reporting on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership is also a key part of the role.
