Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on driving real estate sales through outbound and inbound calls. Responsibilities include contacting potential and existing clients, explaining property offerings, and converting leads into sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions, following up on inquiries, and scheduling site visits or meetings for interested clients. The Telesales Executive will provide courteous customer support, address questions and objections,



and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets. The position also requires adherence to company guidelines and maintaining a qualified, trust-driven approach in all client communications.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales preferred.
