Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support Groomsta’s growth by assisting with lead generation, outreach to salons and grooming professionals, and follow-ups with prospective partners in Gurugram and nearby regions.



Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers and partners, helping manage social media and digital marketing campaigns, and supporting promotional activities and events. The intern will collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, track performance metrics, and contribute to training materials for partner onboarding. This is a full time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ability to support Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building.
Interest in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to assist in onboarding and guiding grooming professionals and salon partners.
