Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru East. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, and support the growth of Modern Elegance Studio’s interior design and renovation services.



Daily responsibilities include researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and collaborating with the design team to align proposals with client needs. The role involves managing key accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to sales strategies, participate in networking events, and provide feedback on market trends to support business planning.
