Role Description This full-time Site Supervisor / Drafting Assistant role is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In office, the role involves supervising day-to-day project activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality and safety, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. The position also includes supporting drafting work, preparing technical drawings and layout plans, updating design revisions,



and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role requires regular communication with the design team and clients, assisting with measurements, site surveys, and material planning, and helping resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers or designers.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and structural layouts.
Experience in basic drafting using CAD or similar design tools and comfort with design documentation.
Strong site supervision skills, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and monitoring daily work progress.
Understanding of construction or fabrication processes, safety practices, and quality control on site.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
