Role Description The Accountant at Relax Bharat will handle day-to-day financial accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, preparing journal entries, and maintaining general ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and monitoring cash flows. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and assisting with internal and external audits.



The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data for decision-making and to improve financial processes and controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliation skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
Understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit support processes relevant to accounting and insurance broking.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare clear reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
