About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly business development targets.
Research competitors, market trends, and current business opportunities.




Work closely with the sales and management teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional approach towards client communication.
Good convincing and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
