Position Overview
Byte Health is a fast-growing healthcare services organisation dedicated to build high quality primary, preventive and comprehensive health programs for communities.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive for our Bhiwandi Medical Unit. The ideal candidate will act as our local brand ambassador, building robust B2B relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), local retail pharmacies, independent chemists, Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Labs and local community leaders to drive patient traffic and brand adoption for our clinic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. B2B & MSME Market Outreach
Conduct daily physical field visits to local retail SME and MSME across the Bhiwandi-Thane belt.




Onboard local business owners, small-scale MSME units, and merchants onto Byte Health’s Subscription based health services programs.
Establish networks with local Business owners to provide services to our members.
Negotiate and place branding materials (flyers, banners, standees) at strategic local retail environments.
Create awareness of our clinic and programs in the community close to our clinic.
2. Local B2C Marketing & Activation
Organize and execute health camps, diagnostic camps, and community check-ups.
Identify high-density residential and commercial pockets near the clinic to run hyper-local awareness campaigns.
Gather on-the-ground consumer feedback regarding healthcare accessibility and share key market insights with the product team.
3. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain a strict daily tracker of field visits, new leads generated, and partnership closures.
