We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager who can independently plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for D2C and ecommerce brands.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role. You should be equally comfortable working with campaign strategy, Meta Ads Manager, tracking and attribution, data analysis, as well as ad creatives and content angles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple D2C brands.
Plan and launch campaigns across Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, Sales, Retargeting and Full-Funnel objectives.
Build campaign structures based on business goals, audiences, product categories and customer journeys.
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR and revenue.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and controlling acquisition costs.
Conduct audience research and build prospecting, retargeting,



custom and lookalike audience strategies.
Develop and test different creative concepts, hooks, offers, ad copy, UGC, static ads, carousels and video ads.
Work closely with designers and content teams and provide clear creative briefs based on performance data.
Understand why a creative is working or failing rather than relying only on campaign-level optimization.
Perform regular A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages and offers.
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities or issues before they impact results.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Technical Knowledge Required
The candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager
Meta Pixel implementation and troubleshooting
Conversions API (CAPI)
Events Manager and conversion event setup
Domain verification and Aggregated Event Measur
