Job Summary:
Aakash Global Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our export team as an Export Documentation & Container Stuffing Executive.



The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of export documentation, SKU stuffing, and container management, along with deep knowledge of international trade procedures.

Qualifications:
BBA/MBA International Business, Foreign Trade or related field.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and manage export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, Phyto, Health Certificate and other required paperwork.
Expert in Excel work + tally.
Oversee container stuffing operations, ensuring accurate SKU loading and optimal space utilization.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and productive dispatch of export consignments.
Maintain knowledge of customs regulations and ensure compliance with international shipping laws.
Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth documentation flow and shipment processes.
