Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, and enterprise-scale transformation. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams, removing delivery impediments, and enabling effective collaboration across multiple teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.

The candidate should be comfortable working with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Business stakeholders, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other cross-functional teams to drive predictable and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and SAFe principles.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe principles, servant leadership,



continuous improvement, and self-organization.
Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks impacting team productivity.
Partner with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, and story readiness.
Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, including preparation, dependency identification, team objectives, and execution tracking.
Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team dependencies and program-level risks.
Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, throughput, cycle time, burndown/burnup, and PI objectives to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes, delivery metrics, and team feedback.
