Role Description The Regional Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, focused on driving equipment sales and expanding the company’s regional presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and conducting regular client visits to understand requirements and propose solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and following up on leads to close sales and meet revenue targets.



The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of activities and performance in sales reports and CRM tools. This position requires active participation in local marketing initiatives, trade visits, and industry networking to strengthen brand visibility and market share.
Qualifications

Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
Proficiency in customer relationship management, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide consultative solutions.
Ability to understand technical or equipment-related specifications and communicate product value clearly to customers.
Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
