Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across paid digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include managing budgets and bids, setting up and monitoring campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance networks, and continuously analyzing performance to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with content, design,



and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages, conducting A/B tests, and ensuring accurate tracking and attribution. The manager will also prepare performance reports, share insights with stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City.
Qualifications

Strong performance marketing skills, including hands-on experience with PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
Ability to develop and execute data-driven growth and acquisition strategies, including funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization.
Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and overall digital marketing strategy.
